02/21/2011 New Measurements

Decided to do some measurements today along with my weekly weigh-in.

So in 14 weeks I have3 lost 55 pounds and a total of 26 inches off my body. Wow I cant believe it. I can't wait to see what the next 3 months will bring. Trying to get more workouts in a week and keep my protein up but so far everything is going well.
