Down two pounds for the week so far. Not great but slow is better then to fast. Have really been doing good with my water consumption and diet. Not as much exercise as I would like but have a lot going on at home right now.
Found out today that Jay, my significant other, has high blood sugar and high cholesterol. Looks like changes need to be made for all of us. He has really struggled with his weight since I lost all mine. Hopefully this will inspire us both to do better.
Also did first day of 30 day plank challenge today. Only 20 seconds but man did that burn.
